Workflow Ops task tracking, seat management with RBAC, the Team-plan Admin Console, and ownership transfer.
Workflow Ops — task tracking
Active tasks you can actually trust.
- Delegate a play or review to a colleague by email; it appears on the task board with a priority and status.
- Mark a task Done when complete, or Dismiss a delegated task that is stale.
- The Active Workflow Tasks tile counts open tasks in your current workspace — not a running total.
Team access — seat management
Seats are explicit on every tier.
- The seat counter reads your real workspace cap, not a hardcoded number.
- Pending invitations reserve a seat, so you cannot over-invite past your cap — an amber advisory warns you as seats fill, red when full.
- Per-invite tool access (RBAC): grant a colleague only the tools they need — LiquidityAssist, DataCleanAssist, ProcureAssist or TenderAssist.
Admin Console — Team plan, owner only
See team activity, never their data.
- A member roster with last-active timestamps, file counts and roles, plus a 30-day usage rollup and tool-adoption view.
- Zero-egress compliant: counts and timestamps only. No ledger rows, vendor records, item data or contract terms are ever visible to an admin — or to Stratbridge.
Ownership transfer — succession
Hand the workspace over cleanly.
- Roles swap atomically: you become a member, the successor becomes owner. Both parties are signed out and log back in.
- Billing continuity is deliberate: the paying card keeps the subscription until it is cancelled, so the team keeps its access.
- Both parties receive a courtesy email explaining the change.
