A sequential walkthrough of the owner and admin tasks you do once: provisioning, plan and seats, per-tool invitations, team oversight and succession.
1. Create your workspace
Automatic on first sign-in.
- Register or sign in with Google at app.stratconsulting.co.uk — your own free Starter workspace is provisioned automatically.
- You are the owner. Everything you upload stays on your device; only authentication and billing touch the server.
2. Choose your plan and seats
Seats are explicit on every tier.
- Starter: 1 seat. Professional: up to 5 seats. Team: up to 20 seats. Enterprise: 20+, contact us.
- Upgrade before inviting — the seat cap is what lets you add colleagues.
- Manage the subscription from the Billing Portal.
3. Invite colleagues with the right tool access
Per-invite RBAC.
- Open Team Access and enter a colleague’s email address.
- Grant only the tools they need — LiquidityAssist, DataCleanAssist, ProcureAssist or TenderAssist.
- Send the invitation; they receive an email to join.
- The seat counter reads your real cap. Pending invitations reserve a seat, so you cannot over-invite — amber advisory as seats fill, red when full.
4. What your colleague gets
- They accept the invite, sign in, and see only the tools you granted — others show as no access.
- Their data stays on their own device too; the workspace shares tasks and access, never ledger or vendor content.
5. Oversee the team (Team plan)
Admin Console, owner only.
- See a member roster with last-active timestamps, file counts and a 30-day usage rollup.
- Counts and timestamps only — no financial, vendor, item or contract data is ever visible to an admin, or to Stratbridge.
6. Hand over ownership when roles change
- Ownership transfer swaps roles atomically — you become a member, the successor becomes owner; both re-log in.
- Billing continuity is deliberate: the paying card keeps the subscription until cancelled, so access is never interrupted.
- Removing a member revokes their access and tools immediately; if they have outstanding tasks, you are warned first.
